1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following words carry specific meanings:

• "Neuronova", "we", "us", "our" — refers to Neuronova, operating from 128/4 Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.
• "Service" — the website at neuronovav.biz and all course content, materials, and related features.
• "User", "you", "your" — any individual who visits the website or enrols in a course.
• "Content" — all written, video, and interactive materials available through the Service.
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or enrolling in a course, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. If you are acting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the website and do not enrol in any course.

3. Service Description

Neuronova provides online educational content in the field of artificial intelligence and software development. Our current course offerings are:

• AI Development Fundamentals — a structured course covering Python foundations, data handling, and the building blocks of machine learning models (฿3,500).
• Deep Learning Specialization — a focused track on neural network design, training techniques, and model tuning (฿7,700).
• Computer Vision Intensive — a project sprint covering image data, model training, and evaluation for visual tasks (฿12,250).

Course availability is subject to change. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted access but do not warrant continuous, error-free service.

4. User Accounts

Access to course materials requires registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials with others is not permitted.

5. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

7. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is due at the time of enrolment. Course access is granted upon confirmation of payment.
• Refund requests made within 7 days of enrolment and before accessing more than 20% of course content may be considered at our discretion. Please contact [email protected] to discuss your situation.
• We reserve the right to update pricing. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect enrolments already confirmed.

8. Course-Specific Terms

In addition to the general terms above, the following apply to all course enrolments:

• Course access is provided for the duration specified at enrolment. Extensions may be available on request.
• Course completion and any accompanying records of participation reflect engagement with the material only. They do not constitute a formal academic qualification or accredited credential.
• We expect students to engage with course materials in good faith. Academic dishonesty, including misrepresentation of work, may result in removal from a course without refund.
• Course content is updated periodically. We aim to ensure materials remain current and relevant, but do not warrant that all information reflects the latest developments in any given field.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain quality and accuracy but do not make any representations about specific outcomes from completing our courses.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under Thai law, Neuronova's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course to which the claim relates.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or loss of income, arising from use of the Service or inability to access it.

We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including power outages, internet disruptions, or government actions.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Neuronova harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these terms, your use of the Service in a manner not permitted by these terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

12. Termination

Upon termination, your right to access course materials ceases. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith informal discussion between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

14. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Neuronova regarding use of the Service.

• Assignment: you may not assign your rights under these terms. We may assign ours in connection with a business transfer or restructuring.
